Blessed are they who mourn; for they shall be comforted. Gospel of St. Matthew.

Please accept in lieu of my late mother: " Mrs. D. " and my Dad. My access to the recently passed and departed: was my Mon would babysit for Robin, Karen, and Kenneth. Their wonderful, late, beloved Mom (Mother) Jane was a truly fine human being and sacred to memory, as was Robert (Bob) both of them really extra ordinarily special minded people. Who lived down two blocks south of where my parents and I lived on Kensington Road. It really was a loss when Jane passed away. I know Jane would be very, very proud of Richard, and Amanda her two fine now adult grandchildren; whom I have not seen since the mid-1980's when Robin their Mom had lived out East (on Long Island) before graduating from CUNY Queens Law School, and subsequently marrying and settling down

My condolences to Bob's family. I knew him at Avon and put him in touch with my father when Bob wrote about the Panama Canal. My father was a harbor pilot and lived near him. Bob was a kind, approachable and very decent gentleman. It was an honor and pleasure to have known him.
