Dear Peggy, I am so very sorry, saddened and shocked about Stephen's passing. As a dentist, he had hands of gold, and as a friend he was warm and caring. He will always be remembered. Thinking of you, and hoping the wonderful memories you have of your time together, especially gardening, will help you get through this most difficult time.

Dear Mrs. Wilk & Family,
I was a patient of Dr. Wilk's since the early 70's. In addition to being a fine dentist he was a genuinely caring human being. I'm still stunned by the tragic news of his passing. I know he'll be greatly missed by many.
Please accept my sincere condolences.
