Fred and family: I am so sorry to have just heard of Susan's passing. I apologize that I lost track of you so many years ago after deploying. I truly wish that I or anybody else could have brought some news of Jennifer to you, especially for Susan to know. Someday, hopefully...
Susan would be honored to know how many families have been and are being helped by the passage of Jennifer's Law.
I am thankful that I got to know you both, but I certainly wish it had been under better circumstances.

Marion Finley called me last night to tell me about Susan. So many happy memories of our times together when we were kids.
