I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I went to school with Tom's sisters and my sister and Tom were friends. Such a loss for your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

My heart is saddened by this tragic news. My family lived behind the Conroy's in Port Jefferson Station. Tom was a good, good friend of mine. He never expected anything in exchange for his valued friendship, genorosity and great personality. Alison, you must be great because Tom never settled for second best. The Yuhas family sends our thoughts and prayers to Ms. Conroy, Tara and Colleen and the entire Conroy family.

My deepest condolences to the Conroy family. I had the privilege of working for Sergeant Conroy at Midtown South directly out of the Academy. He demonstrated what a good cop was, what a good boss was, and what a good man was. I will carry on what I learned from him for the rest of my career and so will the hundreds of other cops who worked for him. He will not be forgotten.

I had the opportunity to babysit for the Conroy's when I was in high school. I cannot express how much sorrow myself as well as my family feels with Tom's loss. I wish his family the best and he will be sorely missed. God Bless!

My deepest sympathy goes out to the Conroy family. He was not only my boss for 3 years but a friend that I will forever cherish. He was the kindest, most compassionate human being I've ever known. He touched the lives of so many people. Thankyou Sarge for all the advice, wisdom and knowledge you passed down to all of us. We love you and miss you TC. Forever in our hearts...

My deepest and most heartfelt sympathy to the Conroy Family. Little did I know, many years ago when I first met Tom when my son asked me if I could give a ride to him to little league practice that he would become such a lasting, loving part of all of our hearts for all the years that followed. He was not only the best of friend my son and daughter could ever ask for, but he extended that friendship to myself, and their Dad as well. Tom had wisdom beyond his years and was always willing to sit and "do coffee" with me and chat about anything and everything till the wee hours of the morning. He will be sorely missed, and forever loved. Those fortunate enough to know and love Tom were blessed.

My deepest sympathy to Tom's family. I always remember Tom as being one of the kids, that when it wasn't cool to talk to the parents, he always did. NOt a day went by that he didn't come in, sit next to you and say so how are you. He touched many lives and we are all the better for having had the opportunity of knowning Tom.
