Thomas Lingg Obituary

Thomas George Lingg, 67, a lifelong resident of Connersville, passed away unexpectedly Monday evening, September 12, 2022 at Reid Health, Richmond.

He was born August 17, 1955, one of four children of Francis George Lingg and Barbara Katherine Wenger Lingg, and he was a graduate of Connersville High School. He was also a member of the FFA.

Tom was employed at H. H. Robertson for several years until its closing. A proud farmer, he loved working on the family farm.

Along with his family, he was a member of St. Gabriel Church.

In his leisure, he enjoyed attending tractor pulling events. He also loved watching Western movies and NASCAR races.

He is survived by three siblings, Doris J. (Henry) Gay of Greencastle, Indiana, Marie A. Ketcham of Connersville, and David J. (Sharon) Lingg of Connersville. Tom is also blessed with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers-in-law, Howard Ketcham and Rupert Caudill.

Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 15, 2022 at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Joe Ferreira officiating. Burial will be in Dale Cemetery.
