Dianne Gatta (Weltlin) Obituary
Dianne M. Gatta (Weltlin) took the hand of her Lord on June 18, 2014, surrounded by her loving and devoted family.
Dianne was born on March 10, 1957, in Sandusky, Ohio, to the late Bill and Rita Weltlin. Dianne grew up in Warren, Ohio, and was a 1975 graduate of Howland High School. She moved to Florida where she met the love of her life and husband of 28 years, Vittorio "Vic" Gatta, of Venafro, Italy. Together they have two children, April M. Gatta of Panama City and Bradley W. Gatta and wife, Emily, of Panama City. Dianne is also survived by her brother, Bill Weltlin and wife, Vanessa, of Panama City, brother Kevin Weltlin and wife, Sheryl, of Winter Haven, Fla., sister Julie Tout and husband, Paul, of Panama City; and many nieces and nephews both here and in Italy.
Dianne will be missed by all who knew her. She had a radiant smile, quick wit, warm heart and generous spirit. She was devoted to her family and loved having everyone together. Dianne was strong in her Catholic faith which helped sustain her through the arduous and valiant battle.
The family would like to thank Fr. Peter Zalewski, Fr. Michael Nixon and the entire St. Dominic Parish for their support and guidance. Also, the special staff at Covenant Hospice, especially Lynn, Diane and Patricia.
A mass in Dianne's honor will be announced in the near future. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Dianne's name to St. Dominic Catholic Church, 3308 E. 15th Street, Panama City, FL 32405.

What a wonderful person we've lost. She started a small business years ago called "Buckets of Joy". Only a wonderful person like Dianne could come up with an idea like that. Vic and Brad you have my deepest sympathy and I am really sorry for your loss.

Our lives have been enriched with knowing Diane and family. Our sincere condolences go to both families for your loss.
