James Montgomery, 63, of Panama City, passed away Thursday, June 28, 2018.
A celebration of James' life will begin 7 p.m., Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Heritage Funeral Home. The family will receive friends beginning 5:30 p.m. prior to the service.
