Mack Pittman Obituary
He was a long standing employee of Buddy Gandy Seafood, Panama City, FL for thirty-five years. He was lovingly known to many on the Hill (St. Andrews) as "The Fish Man". He was a faithful member of St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church, Panama City, FL where he served dutifully on the usher board as well as the grounds keeper and maintenance man.
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Sandra G. Pittman of Panama City, FL; children: Charlotte A. Rogers (Darryl) of Indianapolis, IN, Katrina D. Kyle (Kindle) of Hinesville, GA, Mack A. Pittman, Jr., of Huntsville, AL, Jody C. Streeter of Phoenix, AZ, Reginald C. Bland of Perry, FL, James Thomas of Tallahassee, FL and Roy Reed, Jr., of Panama City, FL; a special loving sister: Clementine Hill; stepfather, the Reverend David U. Rhone, Sr., of Panama City, FL; aunts and uncles: Robert E. Pittman (Fannie) of Irvington, NJ and Stella Elmo (Willie) of Newark, NJ; eleven grandchildren: Kintura L. Kyle, Korwin D. Kyle, Channing S. McCoy, Cordarryl L. Rogers, Cassie S. Rogers, Chantel A. Rogers, Cheyanne D. Rogers, Dalicia S. Rogers, Alyssa T. Bland, Chloe E. Reed and Starianna D. Pittman; one great granddaughter: Za'ier C. Jenkins; a lifetime best friend, Jack Hollinger; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be today, 6-8pm, at Saint Luke Missionary Baptist Church, 1500 Fountain Avenue, Panama City, FL. Funeral services will be 2pm, Saturday, June 4th, at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church with the Reverend Willie A. Farrow, pastor and the Reverend David U. Rhone, Sr., officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Hillside Cemetery.
