Margaret Gallant Obituary
Margaret was born in Fall River, MA, and had lived in Bay county for the last 45 years. After raising her children, she worked as a postal clerk and at the Lynn Haven Country Club. Margaret was Catholic by faith, and enjoyed bowling and spending time with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Raymond Gallant, Sr., and a grandson, Shayne Gallant.
Survivors include her children, Raymond Gallant, Jr. (Melissa) of Greens Fork, IN, Steven G. Gallant of Panama City Beach and Linda Gallant of Lynn Haven; 2 sisters, Rita Eaton (Gary) of Panama City and Lorraine Mahoney of Tampa; her former son-in-law, Edward Brown; 3 grandchildren, Patrick Gallant (Lindsay) , Brittany Brown and Christopher Brown, a great-grandson, Kaden Van Dyke, and numerous other nieces, nephews and other family members.
A Celebration of Life service for Margaret will begin at 11:00 AM Saturday, March 31, 2018, at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Craig Brannon officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Emerald Coast Hospice, 421 W. Oak Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401.
