Phillip Paul Obituary


Phillip Paul, 50, died Saturday March 23, 2013 at his home in Panama City.

Mr. Paul was born, raised and was a lifelong resident of Panama City. Phillip worked as a crane operator for many different companies throughout his working career. He enjoyed working, and spending time with family and friends.

Phillip is predeceased by his father Amos Paul.

He is survived by his wife Sheila of 12 years, his mother Wynell Paul; one brother Kenneth Paul of Panama City, Fl.; two sisters Linda Dianne Galarza and husband Ignacio "Iggy" of Panama City Beach, Fl., and Wanda Whitehead and husband Lester of Panama City Beach, Fl.; one nephew Iggy, Jr., five nieces Melissa Galarza Parker, Sabrina Whitehead, Leslie Danielle Whitehead, Hannah Paul and Emily Paul; one great nephew Iggy, III and three great nieces Jordan Whitehead, MaryAlice Barrett and Laurel Barrett.

In lieu of flowers you may make donations to the Panama City Rescue Mission.

Memorial services will be held Thursday March 28, 2013 at 3:00pm at the Southerland Family Funeral Home Chapel.

I had many wonderful talks with Phillip about heaven and I know I will see him again one day. He greeted me always with a kind word and a smile. May the Lord be with his family. Much love sent to Sheila and all those that Phillip touched. He will be missed.
