Ruby Stegeman Obituary
She was a native of Georgia, and had lived in Panama City since 1990. Sudie had been employed as operations manager at Early Bird Lawn and Land. She was a member of Hiland Park United Methodist Church. She was a 15-year friend of Bill W.
Survivors include her husband, Wallace O. Stegeman of Panama City; her children, Jackie and Danny Butler of Lithia Springs, Ga., Andy and Kaylene Blalock of Buford, Ga., Rhonda Ellis of Marietta, Ga., Brian and Early Blalock of Panama City, Debbie and Edward Rogers of Bristol, Fla., Thomas Stegeman of Panama City, Jessica and Chris Poppell of Idaho and Marina and Tim Hite of Panama City; her grandchildren, Justin Blalock, Ellisia and Andi Webb, Brandy Hill, Hanah Ellis, Kat Blalock, Brison Blalock, Billy Johnson, Chris Rogers, Clayton Rogers, Rachel Poppell, Barden Poppell, Charles Wallace Poppell and William O'Neal Hite; great-grandchildren, Averi Webb, Brianna Hill, Tre Hill, Billie Kay Cronan, Landon Cronan, Kaelynd Reeder and A.J. Dorsey; brothers, Johnny and Darrien Dumas; sisters, Maxine Duchet, Bobbie Andenes and Sharon Shiver; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A time of visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today, Dec. 29, 2007, at Hiland Park United Methodist Church. Memorial services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 30, 2007, at the church with the Rev. Diana Barnes officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hiland Park United Methodist Church, 2420 E. Baldwin Road, Panama City, FL 32405.
