SHAMOKIN - Allen James Vedral, 69, of Shamokin, died Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2025, at his residence.
He was born in Danville, Sept. 14, 1955, a son of the late Vincent Anthony and Irene Helen (Gosk) Vedral.
He graduated from Shamokin Area High School.
He was employed at Fleetwood Motorcoach, in Paxinos, until it closed.
Allen lived a quiet life in Shamokin until his passing. He enjoyed taking daily walks around the town stopping to talk to neighbors.
Allen is survived by his two sisters, Pat Ahlum, of New Wilmington, and Eileen Vedral, of Mechanicsburg; and his brother, David Vedral, of Galloway Township, New Jersey.
A private service with the family will be held at a later date.
