Carolyn Yodis Obituary
MOUNT CARMEL - Carolyn B. Yodis, 101, of 10 S. Locust St., passed away Thursday, Aug. 11, 2022, in Tallahassee, Florida, surrounded by her family.
She was born in Pittsburgh, April 25, 1921, a daughter of the late Richard and Olga (Rose) Mueller.
She was a graduate of South Hills High School.
Carolyn was married in Pittsburgh, June 29, 1946, to John Yodis, who preceded her in death, Jan. 10, 1997.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed for many years as a clerk for the former Penn Fuels Co., in Mount Carmel.
She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, a member of the former Holy Cross Parish, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2110 Auxiliary and the Mount Carmel Senior Citizens, all of Mount Carmel.
Surviving are a sister, Norma Wallace, of Tallahassee, Florida; nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
YODIS - Carolyn B. Yodis, 101, of 10 S. Locust St., Mount Carmel. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Interment will be held in Holy Cross Cemetery, Mount Carmel Township. Joseph J. Stutz Inc. Funeral Home, 40 S. Market St., Mount Carmel, Joseph J.
