Charles Hale Obituary
Born Feb. 27, 1937, in Shamokin, he was a son of the late Elias and Viola (Wilhour) Hale.
He attended Coal Township schools.
Charles served with the U.S. Marine Corps.
He was employed as a group leader for Milton Steel.
Surviving are two daughters, Shirl Malett and her husband, Leon, of Coal Township, and Mrs. Judy Eby and her husband, Thomas, of Coal Township; five grandchildren, Janessa Malett, Nathan Malett, Kaitelyn Hine, Cierra Eby and Thomas Eby, and several nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Susan Benjamin.

HALE — Charles Robert Hale, 76, of 1757 Tioga St., Coal Township. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Northumberland Memorial Park. There will be no visitation. The Farrow Funeral Home, Sixth and Chestnut streets, Shamokin, is in charge of the arrangements.
