GORDON - Daniel W. Kessler, 82, of Gordon, passed away Sunday, Oct. 16, 2022, at his residence.
He was born in Mount Carmel, a son of the late Dorothy A. (Long) and Norman E. Kessler.
Danny graduated from Mount Carmel High School Class of 1958.
He was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses-Pattersonville Congregation.
He was the husband of Linda (Flick) Kessler for more than 63 years.
Danny last worked as an insurance agent for Baltimore Life Insurance in Pottsville.
Early on he enjoyed trap shooting. He shot ATA at Elysburg and Tecumseh where he won Junior Champion titles.
In addition to his wife, Daniel is survived by a daughter Tamara "Tammy" Fetterolf (Greg), of Lavelle; brother Robert Kessler (Carol), of Elysburg; sister Virginia Obryan (Gary), of Huntingdon; granddaughter Stephanie Engle, of Raleigh, North Carolina; granddaughter Stacie Yocum (Matt), of Castle Rock, Colorado; two great-grandsons Matthew and Mason; nephew Matthew Obryan (Lori), of Huntingdon; and a niece Lisa Edwards, of Huntingdon.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend a memorial funeral service at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29 from the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses - Pattersonville Congregation, 349 Ringtown Blvd., Ringtown, PA 17967.
