My deepest sympathies. I met Jim nearly 20 years ago when he was part of a group in the Shenandoah Valley that helped form the Shenandoah Resource Conservation and Development Council. I worked closely with him on the Council and also through soil and water conservation district efforts. He was a good man with a wry sense of humor and I respected him and enjoyed working with him.

Our condolences go out to Candi and Mike during this time of mourning. While many of the current Staff and Board of Valley Mission were not personally acquainted with Jim, his enduring legacy of caring and kindness lives on inside our homeless shelter. We are praying for comfort and peace for each friend and family member affected by Jim's passing. God bless each of you now and always.

I had the pleasure of playing against Jim in the RCBL..
And being in their Hall of Fame together. Hope to attend the service when date is set.

Jim Nichols, principal and Bill Perry vice principal was a great experience for me as a young educator!
Jim has been a long time client for me where I work now.
He was a staunch supporter of all things Waynesboro and community.
Hard to replace!

I knew your Dad for his entire sojourn in Waynesboro. He was my father's best assistant principal and one of his best friends. Certainly, they were great hunting buddies. I really want to know when his memorial service is. He meant a great deal to me and was such a support and comfort when my father died. I am so sorry for your loss.
