Gabriel Lawton Obituary
Born June 9, 1971, in Grass Valley, California, Gabe moved to Alaska as a child and made it his lifelong home. He was a proud father, skilled tradesman and outdoorsman who found joy in motorcycles, hunting, and fishing. Gabe was known for his generous spirit and willingness to help friends and family in both big and small ways.
He is survived by his children, Georgia and Parker Lawton; his ex-wife, Christy Lawton; his father, Gary Lawton; his mother, Carolyn Collier; and his brother, Ryan Lawton; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his brother, Phillip Lawton.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Gabe's memory may be made to support cancer research or paying-it-forward with acts of kindness, as Gabe was always doing.
