Jason Pennington Obituary
Jason was born in Alexandria, Viginia. He moved to Alaska in 1982 with his family and grew up in Tok, Alaska. He ventured out to the Lower 48 for several years after high school, living in Seattle, Washington. He returned home to Alaska after the hustle and bustle of working many years for Amazon, wanting to return to the Alaska lifestyle that he loved. Jason worked at various restaurants in Fairbanks as a waiter and bartender. He loved playing guitar, camping and having his friends around him. He loved living in Alaska.
He is survived by his parents, Arthur Pennington (wife Donna), Ann Pennington (wife Lynn Watkins); son, Seth Tipton; step-sisters, Jennifer Russell, Delinda Watkins and Rebecca Warren (husband Devin). He leaves behind many friends, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. A celebration of Jason's life will be held by his family next spring.
