Patricia Foister Obituary

Patricia Jean Foister, 65, passed away at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital Feb. 3, 2012, after a short illness.
She was born Oct. 15, 1946, in Conneaut, Ohio. She lived in Fairbanks for the past 19 years. During that time, she worked at the Westmark Fairbanks Hotel and Conference Center, American Tire & Auto, and at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, where she worked as a cook.
Pat enjoyed baking, sewing, needlepoint, quilting and crocheting. She often quilted and sewed for others, donating some of her works to charity. She was an avid horseback rider in her younger years.
Survivors include her companion, Michael Reese, and children, Julie Kaiser, Jeffrey Kaiser, Mark Kaiser and Vicki Duda, 12 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
A formal service will be held in Ohio, where her body will be laid to rest.
Arrangements were entrusted to Chapel of Chimes and Marcy's Funeral Home in Conneaut, Ohio.
