I had the privilege of working with Bob for many years, first as a colleague and later as his supervisor. He cared deeply about the people we served and never took lightly the difficult decisions that sometimes had to be made. Bob approached his work with seriousness and always strived to do what was right. I´ll remember him not only for his dedication but also for his one-of-a-kind humor. The great one! One of my fondest memories is the annual bet with Bill Schuh on that year´s Vikings season - and, of course, the mandatory payment to the winner: one dollar. :) My sincere condolences to Deb, Brittany, and Matthew.

Bob and I worked together primarily on the Souris River. He and I worked with/for the International Souris River Board. We didn´t always agree, but we could always continue to try to work toward a good solution.
I will remember him as a man who loved hunting, adored his family, and loved North Dakota!
I am glad he is at peace.

One of the very best coworkers I have ever had. He enjoyed his work and his coworkers. It showed. So much fun to be with. So glad he crossed my path. I will miss him, but I will also carry so many great memories of him with me. He made memories that will last long after he is gone.

Bob was like a brother since early 1960´s and will be deeply missed. Many great memories and stories to hold on to. Unwavering love for his wife, Deb, and family was without question. Bob truly cared and gave me a lifetime of mentorship. I will miss Bob immensely.

My memories of Bob, "Cousin Bobby" will ever be present in my heart. Learning how to swim, fish and waterski at "The Lakes" with were the highlight of my childhood summers. He was very patient with his 3 little girl cousins. I learned to waterski by wearing my sneakers, inside a pair of his sneakers to fit the skis. We also enjoyed playing cards at the kitchen table and going for rides on his motorcycle. We adored our big cousin. Love and miss you

A great friend, hunting buddy, and co-worker with an incomparable sense of humor. He was an absolute master at circular arguments and once he knew he had you frustrated, then came the laughter. . Always willing to help in any way he could. Gonna miss that guy.
