Allen was preceded in death by his wife, sister, Jo-Lynn; brother, Russell; brother-in-law, David; nephew, John; and niece, Susan.
He is survived by his daughters, Sally and Sharon; his siblings, Dean and Eloise; his sister-in-law, Liz and grandchildren, Dillon, Regina, A.J., Jamison, and Cameron.
Memorial will be 11:00 a.m. October 4th at Vincent Funeral Home, 880 Hopmeadow Street in Simsbury, CT. Donations may be made towww.calvinspaws.com.
