February 16, 1955 - April 15, 2024
Moseley, Vermont - Anson Douglas Cooke, aged 69, of Durham, North Carolina, passed away from pancreatic cancer on April 15, 2024.
Anson is survived by two daughters, one granddaughter, four siblings, and five nieces/nephews.
A celebration of life is scheduled on May 4th, from 2-4 pm at the Unity Center for Peace in Chapel Hill, 8800 Seawell School Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27516.

For those of us who travelled that same Carbide / RP / Aventis / Bayer / Nufarm, the name(s) Anson Cooke were a given - providing a solid scientific foundation to our company. It was only with Nufarm, however, that I had the pleasure of working directly with Anson. He was a good person, and I´m proud to have known him. RIP!
