Robert V. Tapper, 73, of Moseley, VA, died March 4, 2026. Surviving are his wife, Audrey S. Tapper; a daughter, Morgan A. Lawrence (Franklin); two grandchildren, Zachariah Lawrence and Mackenzie J. Crumble; great granddaughter, Isabella N. Walker; four sisters, Jannet Murphy (Samuel), Helen Dunn, Dr. Lorna Rogers Miller (Randolph), and Elizabeth Johnson (Randolph); brother, Isaac Tapper (Cheryl); host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Wednesday, March 18, from 10 a.m to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 19, at Scott's Chapel. Dr. Lorna Rogers Miller, officiating. Entombment Forest Lawn Mausoleum.
