Zebulon, North Carolina - Anthony "Andy" Wilton Gay, Sr., 69, passed away on Monday. A Private Family Graveside Service will be conducted. My condolences to Andy's family, for their pain and sorry. But if I may, I want the Family and anyone that reads this to know, just how much Andy means to me. The 1st week of September I had Major Spinal surgery, He spoke to me everyday by phone. Encouraged me, Told me he was proud of how far I had come in life. Handled all my legal paperwork for a business acquisition, That finalized January 18th. He was a beacon of Hope, a friend. He was my standard of excellence. I have , and always will be proud of him. God's love came to anyone that knew him. My heart is broken, and my tears are full with love.

As I grew up on Sycamore Street Andy and Randy were my brothers from another mother. I loved them and they always looked after me. Andy had the grounded personality that led him to a career of trust and service. He will be sorely missed by so many.
