Raleigh, North Carolina - Betty Tucker Duke, 94, went to her heavenly home on August 26, 2022. She is missed immensely by her loved ones, who celebrate the fact that she is at peace with her creator.
Betty is survived by her son Ronald King (Renee), daughter Dixie Pearce (Doug); grandchildren Ron King, Julie King, David King, Shawn Turner, Dexter Pearce (Kristen), Darby Atkins (John); great-grandchildren Jackson King, Hadley Pearce, Sadie Pearce, niece Deanna Harvell and nephew Greg Bunn. She is preceded in death by her father Ira Oddest Tucker, mother Gussie Willingham Tucker, sister Maxine T. Bunn, and husband Walter B. Duke, Jr.
A graveside service will be held at Montlawn Memorial Park at 11:00 a.m. on September 1, 2022.
