I know you are a peace and blessing all of the other angels with your presence. I can hear your laugh and it makes me smile . I hope this memory comforts others as well. I have many fond memories of and since our times at NC State. The Wolfpack Women's freshman class of 1983 is forever changed and very blessed. I am so fortunate to have had you in my life. Carla, was a very warm person who exhibited the fruits of the spirit; (joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control). We sang in the choir together. The entire family is in my prayers and always hold on to those precious memories.

"To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord"........I was indeed sadden to learn of the passing of Carla. My last two memories of Carla was at her retirement party(with that beautiful smile) and last year when she sung with her choir at my church(Macedonia New Life) ;and she was still smiling despite all. She indeed fought a good fight. Family, may the God of peace continue to comfort you now and in the days to come
