Caroline Johnson Obituary

Caroline Louise Johnson, 47, passed away peacefully on November 12th, 2018, at home surrounded by her closest family and friends.
Louise was born on December 16, 1970, in Raleigh, to the late Joseph Allison Johnson and Frances Sauter Johnson. She was a 1989 graduate of Ravenscroft School and a 1993 graduate of the Colorado State University.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her beloved son, Camden Joseph Gula, 9 of the home; her brother David Julian Johnson, of Greensboro; her twin brother, Christopher Sauter Johnson, of Greenville, and his wife Lisa; and many special nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 19, 2018, at 2:00pm at St. Michael's Episcopal Church, 1520 Canterbury Road, Raleigh, NC. A visitation will follow after the service in the fellowship hall.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorials to honor Louise be made to www.ovarianawareness.org, to support others battling ovarian cancer.
Her family would like to thank, Dr. Paula Lee MD, Duke University for her kind and continued support of Louise, as well as her special caregiver Joanne Banks.
