Ya'll are in our thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time. Cecil was a man of God and he has received his reward. We will miss him, but find comfort in knowing that he is seeing Jesus in all His glory.

Annette my heart goes you to and your family. I am so very thankful to have known and called Cecil my friend.Cecil and Steve were so much more than just friends.Cecil made others stronger in so many ways. On many visits Cecil said how strong you were. Now I know how true of a statement that was .We will greatly miss our friend in shorts. With love and a broken heart .
