Cecil Proctor Obituary
He is survived by a son, Doug Allen and wife, Donna, of Asheboro; two daughters, Ashley Leonard and husband, Keith of Wilmington, and Sarah Proctor of Chico, CA; two sisters, Kay Hengeveld and husband, F.W. ""Dutch'' of Chapel Hill, and Ann Sanders and husband, C.W. ""Sandy'' of Raleigh; and five grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted in the future.
