Although I never talked to Mr. Clyde that much, I do remember one time when he gave me some words of wisdom and I remember them to this day. He was a very smart man. My prayers go out to his family and may he rest in the arms of the Lord forever.

Mr. Locklear was a very smart Man and Teacher. In the past several years I would see him at the Essie's Corner Store on 421. We'd have a little bit of conversation, reminiscing and extending of well wishes and I'd go on my way. It was refreshing to see Him in his overalls which was a contrast to his button down shirts and dress slacks from his days as a Science Teacher at Clement School. And Instead of speaking primarily about scientific theories we talked about the weather, our health and well being and our Families. I enjoyed those conversations and I think He did too. Rest in Peace Mr. Locklear as you reunite with Your Lovely Wife.
