Devin Barber Obituary

Devin Blade Barber, age 20 of White Oak Drive, died November 27, 2010.
Born in Wayne County he was the son of Darrell Barber and Connie Huggins Barber.
Devin was an Eagle Scout of troop 63 in Pine Level, graduated from Johnston Community College with honors and was currently employed at Tarkington in Clayton.
Funeral service will be on Wednesday December 1, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Grace Baptist Church in Princeton with Pastor Justin Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Parrish Funeral Home in Selma on Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Devin is survived by his parents, Darrell Barber and wife, Lisa of Pine Level, Connie Barber of Smithfield; two sisters, Candace Barber of Smithfield, and Marissa Barber of Pine Level; a brother, Shane House of Pine Level; maternal grandparents, Ruff and Mae Huggins of Mt. Olive; paternal grandparents, Ferry and Frances Barber of Goldston; aunt, Candy Davis of Calypso; and Uncle, Ken Barber of New Bern.
