Elizabeth Allen Obituary

Elizabeth J. “Sister” Allen, 70, died Wednesday, February 3, 2010.
Funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday at Webb’ s Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. Billy Crabtree and Rev. Jeff Holden officiating. Burial will follow in Macclesfield Cemetery.
Mrs. Allen was preceded in death by a daughter, Vickie Allen Harrell and brother, Bob Jefferson.
Surviving: husband of 51 years, Durwood Allen; daughter, Lisa Allen York and husband, Bennett, Macclesfield; brothers, Forbie Jefferson, Greenville, Bill Jefferson, Crisp; grandchildren, Kelsey York, Montana York and Alexis Harrell, all of Macclesfield.
The family will receive friends 2:00-3:00 p.m. Friday at Webb’s Chapel Baptist Church.

Durwood, I have such fond memories of you and Sister. I feel such love for you and your family....I will always remember when we were all young and beautiful...Now sister will always be that way...I loved her so much and you.
