Era Taylor Obituary
Funeralservices will be 2 p.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church, Beaufort, with the pastor, The Rev. Jack Lee, officiating. Burial will follow in Carteret Memorial Gardens.
Survivors: daughters, Olive T. Safrit and husband, Frank of Garner, Jean T. Laughton and husband, George of Beaufort; grandchildren, Robbie Laughton, Sammie Ballou, Jeff Safrit, Craig Laughton, Danny Ballou and Paul Laughton; 11 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by husband, Victor Worth Taylor and daughter, Eva ""Vickie"" Ballou Covington.
The family will receive friends at Brooks Funeral Home from 7-8 p.m. Saturday.
Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, 403 Ann Street, Beaufort, NC 28516.
