Raleigh

On April 9, 2020, Esther Ray made her transition from labor to reward. She leaves to cherish her memory, sons Haywood Ray Jr. (Debbie) and David Ray (Ruby); special daughter Nathelma Morrison (Leroy), six grandchildren, one great grandchild and a host of other family members and friends.

A private family service will be held Friday, April 17.

What joy to be united with Jesus and Haywood in Heaven! Her uplifting spirit and love for the Lord was always an inspiration to us at With Love From Jesus ministries on Wednesdays when she came with Haywood. Both of them will always be in our fondest memories.

Sending my love to the rest of my family , thank you grandma for all the heartfelt smiles warm love , hugs and special kisses you always gave me from childhood and on. You taught me the meaning of never taking things for granted and for being the greatest grandmother in the world and grandaddy as well i know you are both together now watching over us all.
