I miss Eunice. She was a bright spot in my Sunday School class at White Memorial. She was always so bright and cheerful I am grateful to have known such a special lady!

Eunice was so special to me. For many years we sat beside each other in the New Covenant class. When that class dissolved, we both joined Bill Jackson's Sunday School Class. I didn't end up sitting by her, but often we talked. She was so bright and cheerful. She always dressed so well. Certainly, no one would have guessed her age. She looked and acted so much younger than her years. I feel blessed to have known her. She will be missed by so many.

Jarvis & Gloria, Please how sad I am to learn of Mrs. Perkinson passing away. Thanks, especially, to Cary Band Day and honoring Hartwell each year, it was very special to get to know Mrs. Perkinson, and realize Hartwell had gotten a lot of his amazing personality from her. You & your family, and Walter(from our Pullen Memorial Days many years ago) will all be in my prayers today, tomorrow, next week, & the years to come for the loss of this truly wonderful lady. My deepest sympathies, and may God bless all of
you, Bob Brantley - Greenville,SC

My beloved grandmother will be sorely missed ! She taught me how to live, how to love, and how to be the person that I can be. Thank you to those who expressed their concern and wished us well in our healing. I will miss Grandma every day. I feel privileged that she was a part of my life.

I spent many enjoyable hours in deep discussions with "Mrs Perkinson" as I always called her. Sometimes in her backyard where she and Horace--"Mr Perkinson"--would shake their head in disbelief at this kid trying to turn their rocky backyard into a garden. So many great memories! My wife Marjorie, my children Daniel, David and myself share into your sorrow but she lives in my heart and our memories.

Ms. Eunice was such a loving and caring lady! I went to see her when I was in Cary having my hair shaved because I have stage 4 lung cancer. She was so sweet to me! My family and friends and Jeri Barber my best friend for 50 years brought her. This was a tough day for me but she made me feel so special. We all went out to lunch together and then went back to Ms.Eunice's house for dessert. She showed us her beautiful house! We had such a wonderful day! My heart goes out to all of her special family! Always remember the great times you had with her!! Praying for y'all! Love to your family!❤

Her "Light", her "Life" will Forever shine in our own hearts. She was an Amazing Lady, one whom many would say "I wanna be like 'Ms. Eunice' when I'm her age!" She loved life and those God gave to be in her life, both family and friends. She had a gift of making each person around her feel "Special" to her, she was always truly interested in what was going on in 'your' life, and then tell the most interesting stories of her own, with such Amazing detail! I feel truly privileged, honored and blessed to have the pleasure of knowing her and being with her for the past 5+ years! My love and condolences to all of her family and to each of her friends, who all enriched her life and whom she Loved very much! She will forever be in our hearts!

To the family of Mrs. Eunice Cummings, I am so sorry for your loss. I am truly going to miss Miss Eunice. She was a delightful neighbor and I always enjoyed visiting with her. She was a bright star that always sparkled. She was quick, funny and witty and that is how I will always remember her. I hope your heart as heavy as it is right now, heals fast.
