Gordon Jackson Obituary

Gordon Louis Jackson HOPKINS - Gordon Louis Jackson, son of the late Viola Jackson-Pope and grandson of the late Camellia Jackson Wood, was born on June 1, 1941, in Kershaw County and passed on December 29, 2013. Upon graduating from high school, Gordon entered into the United States Army and served six years. After departing from the military, he begin working as a security guard with various companies until retirement. Left to cherish his memory, his loving and devoted wife Mary Dow Jackson, two daughters, Tyre Jackson and Melissa Courtney Jackson of the home. One special daughter Sabrina Manning of Hopkins, SC; four sons, Timothy Johnson of Bronx, NY, Reginald Allen of Elgin, SC, Bryant Allen of Fresno, CA and Andre Allen of Camden, SC. and eleven grandchildren.
