It is with great sadness that we inform you of the recent passing of Bishop Harold Ivory Williams, the Senior Patriarch of the Mt. Calvary Holy Churches of America and the husband of Gospel Legend, Pastor Shirley Caesar.
There will be two Homegoing Celebrations for Bishop Williams at Mt. Calvary Word of Faith, 3100 Sanderford Rd., Raleigh, NC 27610, as described below:
A Memorial Service will be held Friday, July 11, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. He will lie in state prior to this service from 12 noon to 6:00 p.m. The Homegoing Celebration will convene Saturday, July 12, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. He will lie in state from 9:00-11:00 a.m. prior to this service.
Please be in prayer for Pastor Shirley Caesar-Williams, The Mt. Calvary Word Of Faith Church Family, and The Mt. Calvary Holy Churches of America.
Arrangements are entrusted to Scarborough and Hargett Memorial Chapel and Gardens, Inc. Online condolences may be expressed at Scarboroughandhargettfh.com

Mama Shirley Caesar I am sorry to hear about the loss of your dearest husband Bishop Harold Ivory Williams who you was married to for 31 years. I know deep in my heart that you are a strong vessel of God. I am praying for you and the whole church. You are most definitely one of my gospel inspiration. I love you so much. Hope to one day to visit you at your church to hear you preach the Word of God. Take care and be bless by God.

Shirley, I have been reminiscing. Remembering the "good ole days" at Mt. Calvary. How mightily our God worked. I recall Mama's home going. Bishop Williams preached the eulogy and you sang, "Let the Life I Live Speak for Me." I bet they are having convocation in Heaven. God Bless Shirley.

Pastor Shirley Caesar I am praying for you. I pray God continues to bless you. You have been such an inspiration to me growing up and just hearing about your loss and knowing all about what you are going through hurts becuase even though he's with Jesus, it's not easy to have to not have that special person with you daily. I was sadden to hear of the loss of such a kind and gentle man. I knew Bishop Williams as a child growing up in Mount Calvary Holiness Church in Alexandria, VA. Where my great-grandmother, Rev. Harriet Wright was the Pastor. My prayers go out to Mrs. Shirley Caesar-Williams, his children and the entire church family.
