Helen Lee Hudson, 90, of Zirconia, NC passed away Thursday, September 20, 2012 at Asheville Health Care.
She was a native of Johnston County, NC.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles C. Hudson CWO 4 (Retired) USA, her parents, Emanuel Harlow and Elizabeth Lodias Brown Creech, two brothers, London and Harold Creech and one sister, Sallie Creech.
Helen was a graduate of Princeton High School then went to Rocky Mount Nursing School for two years.
She is survived by a daughter, Carole Robinson and husband Frank of Swannanoa, NC; two sons, Harold Hudson and wife Elizabeth of Hendersonville and MajGen. Charles L. Hudson USMC and wife Cricket of Albany, GA.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Sunday, September 23, 2012 at the Beddingfield Cemetery.
Donations may be made to Four Seasons Compassion For Life, 571 South Allen Road, Flat Rock, NC 28731.

My prayers are with you on the death of mrs. Hudson. We were neighbors on Cisco Road for many years. She was sweet and kind always with something cheerful to say. I am disabled and cannot attend the services but my thoughts are with you.
