Jack Arnold "Jay" Collins, 50 of Cary, NC, died December 5, 2012. Jay is survived by his wife, Terry; his mother, Victoria Collins of Rocky Mt., NC; two daughters, Jacy Collins of Raleigh and Lindsay Collins and her fiancé, Andrew Johnston of Raleigh. The family will receive friends at 4:30 PM, with Funeral Services being held at 6:00 December 10, 2012 at Cremation Society of the Carolinas/ Capital Funeral Home, Raleigh. Vicky so sorry to read about Jay. I always look at the obits in Rocky Mount and saw the announcement there. I remember when we all worked together. We heard about each other's children all of the time. We were like a family. Again, I am so sorry.
