I knew Janet when she was in Lexington. I will never forget her magnanimous presence and her incredible smile. It was an honor to know her and I am saddened to know that she has crossed over from this world. Fly high dear Janet!

I have lovely memories spending time with you. You introduced me to my love of perfumes and all things that smell good. I loved it when you would take me & Katie to Bath & Body Works, and boy... when I was in middle & high school, that was THE BEST TREAT EVER!! Rest in peace. I hope your passing will have the silver lining of me & Katie rekindling a great friendship!

Janet and I last saw each other about three years ago when we ran into each other at a book signing for a fellow Class of `69 friend. We had a great time recalling memories of our moms, who were co-leaders of our Girl Scout troop, and the many camping trips we took together during those years. My sympathies to all her family.
