Jeanette McCloud Obituary
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 27, 2008, at Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church in Elizabethtown.
A wake will be held from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 26, 2008 in Raleigh from Bibleway Temple, 1110 Homer Street.
Mrs. McCloud is survived by daughters, Daysha and Loren McCloud and Charee Hocutt of Raleigh; four sisters; three brothers; and one grandchild.
A viewing will be in Elizabethtown, Friday, from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m from F.W. Newton and Sons Mortuary, 403 Martin Street.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Ms. Jeanette was a very loving and genuine woman that I feel blessed to have known.

I am greatful to have known Jeanette for the time that I have. She is a wonderful person with a great spirit. When my husband (her nephew) introduced us to each other, she made me feel like part of the family. I will miss you, your smile and your great hospitality. I am so sorry to hear that Jeanette has passed... she was a wonderful lady, and I will never forget her. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone who was close to her. I will try my best to make it to the wake in Raleigh on Friday.
