John Hildreth Obituary

John Lawrence Hildreth of Bridgehampton, NY and Raleigh, NC passed away at home on July 4, 2007 at the age of 64.
John was the son of Ester Hiort and Lawrence Hildreth of Bridgehampton, NY. He was the last of 12 generations of Hildreths. John attended Washington University in St. Louis, MO. He served in the Air Force four years before beginning a 30 year career at IBM. John was an avid reader and enjoyed playing golf.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Lovette Hildreth; his daughter-in- law, Lynn Rogers; his grandchildren, Matthew and Ashley Rogers.
He was predeceased by his son, Joseph Rogers.
The memorial service will be held 7:00 p.m. Monday, July 9, 2007 at Renaissance Funeral Home on Six Forks Road in Raleigh.
