Joshua Lassiter Obituary
Born on June 26, 1985 in Wake County, he was the son of Walter G. Lassiter, Jr. and Janet Johnson Lassiter.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 5, 2006 at First Presbyterian Church in Smithfield, NC.
The family will receive friends in the fellowship hall immediately following the service.
Surviving, in addition to his mother and father, are: brother, Walter G. "Tres" Lassiter, III of Smithfield; fiancee', Jessica Beasley of Four Oaks; paternal grandmother, Sallie M. Lassiter of Smithfield; maternal grandmother, Magdalene M. Johnson of Four Oaks; aunt and uncle, Becky and Mike Adams of Benson.
Josh was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Walter G. Lassiter, Sr. and Henry Talton Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to NAMI, the NC Alliance for the Mentally Ill, 309 W. Millbrook Road, Suite 121, Raleigh, NC 27609.
