Knightdale, North Carolina - Judy Finch Eason, 80, passed away Friday, December 18, 2020. Judy was born November 23, 1940 in Wake County to the late Talmon and Millie Finch. She retired from Wake County Public Schools where she worked in the cafeteria at Knightdale Elementary and Lockhart Elementary for many years. Judy was a faithful member of Knightdale United Methodist Church.
For anyone wishing to pay their respects, there will be an open viewing from 1:00 to 5:00 pm, Monday, December 21, 2020 (family will not be present) at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service & Crematory, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale, NC 27545.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Knightdale United Methodist Church Cemetery with Reverend David Haley officiating.
Judy is survived by her sisters: Polly F. Lewis and Jane F. Owen; as well as a host of special nieces, nephews and friends.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Willie Kenneth Eason, Sr.; son Willie Kenneth Eason, Jr.; sisters: Isabelle Finch, Deliliah F. Pearce, Tillie F. West; and a brother Talmon Angus Finch.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Knightdale United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, 7071 Forestville Road, Knightdale, NC 27545 or Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 13450 NC Hwy. 96, Zebulon, NC 27597.
