Our hearts & prayers go out to you, CL, Randy, Pam, Brookie, Alexandra, Ann, Peggy, Jerry (the siblings we knew personally) & to ALL of Kathleen's many other siblings and extended family members! We know this is a difficult time for all of you, and we hope that with time, your pain of loss will be lessened with the many wonderful memories that, no doubt, Kathleen, left with each of you. She was such an inspiration, a beautiful & caring person who never hesitated to help anyone in need. A kind-spirited person who loved her church family and supported St. Andrews UMC for so many years through her service and monetary contributions, Kathleen will truly be missed by so many whose lives she touched in numerous and positive ways. We can all learn from the lovely lady she was who always had a beautiful smile and a hug ready to share! Kathleen was a wonderful friend to our mother, Mary Ann Yates, and to our entire family. Although we will miss her dearly, she left so many happy memories for so many of us to cherish!

My sincere condolences to the family. When I was much younger, Mrs Byrd was like a Mother to me as I'm sure she was to many other Garner folks. Beautiful(inside & out),precious lady & saddens me she has left but so happy she is in a wonderful place now. For me, there is no other like her. Much love, Lark Whitt Kimball
