Larry Michael Wann, 62, of Cary passed away Friday March 24, 2017.

Larry was the son of the late Wilton Harold Wann and Helen Kathleen Moxley Wann. He was a graduate of Bel Air High School and NC State University. He was a member of St Andrews Presbyterian Church in Sanford where he served as Deacon and Elder. As a lifelong musician, Larry was the Drum Captain for the NC State Marching Band and was a member of the Cary Town Band and the Raleigh Concert Band.

Larry is survived by his wife Linda Matthews Wann of Cary; daughters, Erin Allen (Grey) of Apex and Alison Arno (Luke) of Aberdeen; sister Sandra Kennedy (Carman) of PA.; grandchildren Wesley and Owen Allen; father-in-law Gilbert (Maxine) Matthews of Sanford; sister-in-law, Carol McDonald of West End; uncle R. Alvin Wann of DE; nephews, Eric, Jason, and Jim Kennedy, and Logan McDonald; niece Charlotte McDonald.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 6-8pm at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall in Sanford, NC. Funeral service will be held 11AM Monday at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
