Les Howard Obituary
October 29, 1955 - July 15, 2015

Les Howard, age 59, died unexpectedly on July 15, 2015, after a long struggle with multiple illnesses. As a young boy, he grew up in Cary then moved out West. Back on the east coast, he was schooled as a computer technician. He eventually returned to NC, where he was reunited with his school sweetheart, Linda Woodall, and they were married in 2000. They lived together in Holly Springs for 15 years. Les was a kind and gentle man who was always eager to help others. He was a loving son, brother, father, and husband. He is predeceased by his father, Henry Lester Howard, Sr. and his son, Jesse Lee Howard. He is survived by his wife, Linda Howard, his mother, Jean Howard, his brother, Ron Howard, his sister, Dorothy Howard, his daughter, Jennifer, and close friend, Bruce Woodall. A memorial service will be held for family and close friends at 1:00 on July 23 at the Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall, 6325 S NC 55 Hwy, Fuquay Varina, NC. Donations may be made to TransitionsLifeCare.org

My deepest sympathy for the family at this most difficult time. I remember Lester from the old school days and he was a good friend. He will be remembered by many as a wonderful person.
