Lucille Montague Bullock

Lucille Montague Bullock, 100, of Mayview Convalescent Center, died Friday, May 16, 2008.
Lucille was born April 19, 1908 in Person County to the late Joseph Edwin and Elizabeth Margaret Carr Montague. For many years, Lucille and her late husband, John Chester Bullock, lived and raised their children in the Wilder's Grove Community.
Funeral service 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel with Reverend Jenny Wilson, pastor of Knightdale United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial Knightdale United Methodist Church Cemetery, 621 First Avenue, Knightdale.
Surviving includes son, John C. Bullock, Jr. and his wife, Jean of Wilmington; daughter, Nancy Bullock Normark and her husband, Ronald of Raleigh; grandchildren, Nancy Bullock, Cheryl B. Hartsoe, Jonathan C. Hall, Jordan C. Normark; two great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and her late husband, Lucille was preceded in death by her sisters, Virginia Harris and Lillian Partin; brothers, John, Ed, Arch, Fred, Harvey, Garland and Guthrie.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 7:00-8:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service & Crematory, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale.

The family would like to thank the staff of Mayview Convalescent Center, especially those on Hall Four for the excellent care and love they have given to our mother and granmother.
