Marcus McCluney Obituary
Marcus was born in Gaston County and was the son of the late Marcus S. and Eleanor Browning McCluney, Sr. He was a self-employed building contractor.
Surviving: daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Alan Mason of Gastonia, formerly of Raleigh; sister, Nancy M. Brunnemer of Charlotte; nieces, Laura Foust and Katherine Baker of Charlotte, Mary Brunnemer of Durham.
Memorial service 2:00 p.m. Thursday, Ward Funeral Service Chapel, with Chaplain Cindy Sloan officiating. A visitation will follow the service.
Memorials may be made to Gaston County Cancer Society, 220 E. Franklin Blvd., Gastonia, NC 28052.
