I have wonderful memories of Margo picking me up for my summer job at Go-Jo Industries. It was a great summer job and I loved listening to Margo and Karen Lohr talk in the car on the way to and from work. Margo was also a good friend to my mom, Grace Bytheway, through Eastern Star. I did not realize that she had passed away until I received my Eastern Star newsletter. My deepest sympathy to her family,

Dear Chuck and family.
We wish you much love and peace at this time.

How lucky we were to have met you (Chuck) and Margo last June at the gathering with the "Horning Cousins" here at the wet coast.

It's true, Margo's laugh will always be with us. What a gift.

Best Wishes from Chris and Arne

Chuck,Kathie,Lynn, and John,
I am deeply sorry to lose a cousin of mine. My parents, Don and Ethyle Elder, had a special place in their heart with their memories of Margo and Chuck when they would visit them years ago. I met Margo in later life when she moved to Cary, NC. We shared some family memories with Glen Pinch and visits to our home in N. VA and in Cary. We had lots of laughs and delighted in the remembrances we shared. After my visits (and I wish we had more)I felt I had a new friend along with knowing more about the Elder family. We loved her laugh, huge smile, and kindness to our family. She had such a sense of humor that will be sorely missed by all who knew her. She and Glen helped to keep the Elder connections intact. We have lost a loving relative and friend.

Margo will remain in my heart forever. She always made me laugh, she always had an open ear, she always had advice for me, she was one of a kind. I still remember the breakfasts at Christies. I will miss her dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with you Chuck and the rest of the family.
